- Digital Application Data: Canvas digital signature and uploaded profile photo submitted via our online application portal.
- Biometric & Security Logs: Encrypted biometric templates used solely for 24/7 building door access control, and CCTV footage recorded in public corridors and perimeter areas for security.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including:
- Processing your room reservation and generating legally binding residency agreements.
- Verifying resident identity to ensure a safe, women-only living environment.
- Granting 24/7 biometric door access and managing maintenance or emergency alerts.
- Communicating important notices regarding rent billing, meal menus, or facility updates.
3. Data Protection & Confidentiality
We implement stringent technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share information only under the following limited circumstances:
- Law Enforcement & Statutory Compliance: When mandated by local police verification regulations or Indian court orders.
- Secure Cloud Service Providers: Google Apps Script / Drive infrastructure used for secure PDF agreement storage and database management.
5. CCTV & Biometric Privacy
CCTV cameras are operational only in public common areas (entrances, corridors, dining hall, and staircases). No cameras are ever installed in private rooms, restrooms, or dressing areas. Biometric data is stored in encrypted format and cannot be reverse-engineered into raw fingerprint or facial images.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your stored personal information, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of non-mandatory records upon completion of your tenancy and settlement of all dues.
